Mr. Culbert has had extensive experience and training in the proper handling
and disposal of hundreds of explosive devices, commercial explosives,
reactives and potentially explosive chemicals. This highly specialized
service deals with on site disposal and reactives that cannot be safely lab
packed for incineration. Mr. Culbert has also lectured extensively in Bomb
Threat Search and Handling procedures, building security surveys, and
numerous Criminal Justice Courses. His clients have been schools,
universities, local and state agencies, commercial businesses and private
citizens. He maintains blasters licenses throughout the New England states.
He is a member of the International Association of Bomb Technician’s and
Investigators Association. Maine Chiefs of Police Assoc. Maine Sheriff's
Assoc. and the Better Business Bureau. He is on call 24 hours a day for
