This item is called "Time Fuze". It looks like rope or wire. It is used to
detonate explosives. Locating this in an old barn or storage area is
indicitive that Blasting Caps and Dynamite may be present.
The dynamite and caps were located close by in an open area where children
had access. A potentially deadly situation was avoided. NECED safely
disposed of these items.
